Purpose of the Toolkit
Why should you consider doing this?
The Toolkit has been designed to support your company to develop a practical Action Plan that will take you on a journey towards achieving gender balance in your senior leadership team over a period of time.
Your business will benefit from it. By enhancing the gender balance of your senior team your company will build stronger leadership, attract talent and improve performance.
Here's how it works
1. Set Up Your Account
The first step is to set up a username and password. This will allow you to get started and also to exit and come back at any stage of the process with the work you have already done saved automatically.
2. Select the actions that best suit your company
You will be taken through a series of questions under each of the six themes. Next to these questions are suggested Actions that your company can take to address that particular question. You can select some, all or none of the actions in a particular theme - the choice is up to you and should be based on what you believe is realistic for your company at this point.
3. Download your editable Action Plan
When you have completed the online Toolkit, you will be provided with an editable Action Plan, which will set out all the actions you are going to take under the different themes.
The 30% Club
The Toolkit has been developed using content generously provided by the 30% Club. The 30% Club is a business-led organization whose aim is to support the achievement of a minimum of 30% Gender Balance at all senior decision-making tables across Ireland, including Boards and c-Suite.
